How To Download Instagram Videos

In this guide I’ll show you exactly how to download Instagram videos right from your computer web browser for free without installing any additional software. It’s super easy.

Once you find the video in your Instagram stream that you want to download, click the button to the bottom right of the video and then click “View Video Page”. Once the video page loads, right click on the background anywhere and choose “View Page Source”.

On the source page what you want to do is find the first link that ends in MP4. So you want to select the whole link from “https” all the way to “.mp4” without the quotations. Then right click that selection and choose “Go To” (or open a new tab in your browser and copy/paste the MP4 link into it and hit Enter) and it’ll take you to the link. The video will load in a new page, and just right click and choose “Save Video As”.

Here you can just save it to your computer so just click Save. The video files are pretty small so it should download fairly quickly. Once it’s downloaded you can view it on your computer, and you can do whatever you want with it. So that’s all there is to it.
